At Fogwill & Jones (Legal Services) Limited, we specialise in providing advice relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and the administration of estates. Our aim is to provide efficient, concise and understandable legal services and guidance.

We are close to the Peak District and on the outskirts of the Steel City which ensures that clients do not have to worry about driving into the city centre to meet with us. However, we know that it’s not always convenient for you to visit us at our offices situated two minutes from Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s at Millhouses, and so we can offer home visits. We have facilities to hold telephone conferences and Skype meetings.

We work on a ‘fixed fee basis’ for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and a ‘time spent basis’ for the administration of estates. We do not charge a percentage fee based on the value of an estates’ assets which is different to many other solicitor’s firms in Sheffield.

Fogwill & Jones (Legal Services) Limited is an independent law firm that trades alongside Fogwill & Jones Asset Management Limited who are Independent Financial Advisers. This is a huge benefit to our clients as they can access both financial advice and legal advice under one roof.  You are however, not obliged to use Fogwill & Jones Asset Management for financial advice. You are free to choose another adviser should you wish.
